Immigrating under the Canadian Experience Class Category
Last year, Canada accepted 182,322 temporary foreign workers and nearly 100,000 international students. International students and temporary foreign workers make ideal candidates for Canadian immigration, since they have already lived in the country and are familiar with the language and culture.
Applicants using the Canadian Experience Class category still need work experience in their field of study, however many provinces like British Columbia assist foreign students in achieving the necessary experience in order to apply.
Also, applicants can submit their application for immigration under the ‘Canadian Experience Class’ while they are still working or they can submit their application within 12 months of leaving their Canadian employment.
